By accessing or placing an order through Chopda Stores, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our services.
Chopda Stores is an online grocery platform offering authentic Indian staples, spices, grains, sweets, and household provisions. To place an order or create an account, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using our services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
We strive to display product descriptions, images, and prices as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color, packaging, or weight may occur due to natural products and artisanal processes. All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

We deliver across Nagpur and major cities in Maharashtra, with pan-India shipping available for select dry goods. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, strikes, or courier issues – Chopda Stores is not liable for consequential losses.
We stand behind the quality of our products. Our return/refund policy is customer-friendly while ensuring hygiene standards for food items.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment mode. For COD returns, store credit or bank transfer (NEFT) will be arranged.
You may browse without an account, but to place orders or access order history, registration is required. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts showing fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.
All content on the Platform – including logos, text, graphics, product images, recipes, and design – is the exclusive property of Chopda Stores or its licensors. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right.
